My Vision for Casselberry –

• Emphasize and strengthen Casselberry as a vibrant and safe place to live, work, and play.
• Support the progressive momentum for the downtown development of restaurant, retail and residential to serve our community and create a destination for our city.
• Increase targeted business presence in Casselberry which provides jobs and lessens the tax burden of individual taxpayers.  
• Ensure that the rules and codes of the City are fairly and equally enforced to provide a safe and attractive place for our citizens to live.
• Encourage and promote a continued partnership with Seminole County for the extension of the CRA and CRD (Community Redevelopment Agency and Community Redevelopment District).

What I will do -

• Utilize my financial and business acumen to ensure the government of Casselberry is a good steward of our tax dollars.
• As a business and commercial property owner, utilize my experience to attract qualified businesses to Casselberry.
• Support the City Manager as allowed by Charter in his efforts to maximize the efficiency and productivity of the city staff.  
• Continue to support our local schools and protect them from closure.
• Work to reverse the long term trend of declining home ownership as a percentage of households in the City of Casselberry.

 My Philisophy -

• I believe that I have a duty to serve the citizens that I represent. This means always acting in an honest, caring and professional manner and to continually strive to represent Casselberry in a positive way.
• I will be open-minded, non-judgmental, and will compile pertinent information and input in order to make the best decision for the long term good of Casselberry. I will be decisive and uphold the responsibility of my position.
• I will continually strive for constant and never ending improvement for the City of Casselberry.
• I will make decisions based not just on what is right for Casselberry today but what is right for the next 10, 20 and 50 years.
